The Vorbergloipe leads through the district of Vorberg - from Frienerhof via Stockerwirt and Kobaldhof to the Rittisser or Helpferer junctions. The trail is easy to intermediate - a few crisp climbs and fast, winding descents await you. The Vorbergloipe is part of the Kulm loop and is often skied as part of this. There are several scenic and sporty combination options for this trail section:

Kulm loop: Start via the Stadionloipe to the east, then via the Kulmdörfl-Loipe and Kulmloipe. Afterwards, you ski the Vorbergloipe and reconnect to the Stadionloipe from the Rittisser junction via the Helpferer junction (Standardloipe WEST) at the Kreitseiler junction. This completes a 13 km circuit around the Kulm.
Waldloipe-Vorberg loop from the stadium: Start via the Stadionloipe to the west, at the Kreitseiler junction connect via the Herold-Loipe to the Kulmberg-Waldloipe. From the Rittisberg Süd junction, head to the Friener junction and along the Vorbergloipe to the Rittisser junction. Then back to the stadium via the Helpferer and Kreitseiler junctions. A sporty loop of a good 13 km lies behind you.
Waldloipe-Vorberg loop: you also combine the Vorbergloipe with the Waldloipe and the Herold-Loipe, but instead of starting at the stadium, you start at the Gasthof Stockerwirt or the Rittisberg Süd car park. This makes the loop approx. 11 km long.

The Vorbergloipe runs from the Friener (L) junction past the Stockerwirt (N - entry point with parking) and Schneeberger (P) further to the Kobaldhof (Q) and via the Moosegghäusl (U) junction to the Rittisser (B1) junction. The trail offers various combination possibilities with other trails and connects directly to the following trails:

to the Kulmberg Waldloipe at the Kulmberg-Süd (M) or Friener (L) junction
to the Kulmloipe at the Friener (L) junction
to the Märchenwiesen-Loipe at the Stockerwirt (N) junction
to the Zottlschleife at the Schneeberger (P) junction
to the Steirerloipe at the Moosegghäusl (U) junction
to the Halserloipe at the Moosegghäusl (U) and Rittisser (B1) junctions
via the Drachenlift (S) and Pois (T) junction variant to the Herold-Loipe

Take the exit from the Ennstal main road at Schladming-Mitte. Continue to Ramsau-Ort to the car park at the Dachstein Event Zentrum (if starting via the Stadionloipe) or to the Stockerwirt in Ramsau-Vorberg for direct access.

The best places to park are:

at "Ramsau Zentrum" directly next to the cross-country skiing stadium in Ramsau Ort, if you choose the described variant of the Kulm loop
at the cross-country trail parking lot Gasthof Stockerwirt if you want to start directly,
or at the Rittisberg Süd parking lot if you enter the trail from there via the Moosegghäusl or Rittisser junctions.

Take the Ramsauer Verkehrsbetriebe buses from Schladming (also from the train station) to Ramsau-Ort to access the trail via the Stadionloipe. Alternatively, change to line 964 via Vorberg to access the trail at Gasthof Stockerwirt.

You should definitely combine the Märchenwiesen-Loipe on the Vorberg with the Vorbergloipe. As the name suggests, it is one of the most scenic cross-country trails in Ramsau.
