Contents: Vegetables collected from places that were not cultivated for this purpose or not cultivated at all. This untamed wildness can still be felt and tasted: These plants have hairs, bristles, spines or thorns and sometimes even ingredients that are unfavorable for our human organism. We also have to look for these plants and then know what they are called.
