You can travel to Schladming-Dachstein from almost anywhere in Germany with Deutsche Bahn. Travelers from northern Germany, Berlin or the Rhine-Ruhr region, for example, can reach Munich at high speed with the ICE and then use one of the two daily direct connections with the EuroCity to Schladming.

Arrival by plane
The nearest airport is Salzburg (approx. 90 km), from where you can reach the region in around 1.5 hours by train, rental car or cab. Alternatively, there are also the airports of Graz (approx. 180 km), Vienna (approx. 300 km) and Munich (approx. 260 km).
