Nature Park Sölktäler - Schloss Großsölk
Martha Zach, the caretaker of the Jesuit Garden, has a vast knowledge of wild plants, flowers, herbs and vegetable plants. She knows old varieties, rarities together with their use in cooking and medicine. Six exciting topics are presented by Martha at the garden regulars' tables.
At the regulars' table, however, others are also allowed to discuss and exchange ideas. Practical tips, working together and trying things out are also part of the programme.
June 15, 2024: Root wine, dandelion syrup, capers
July 12, 2024: Healing and nourishing balms, body butters, gels
August 10, 2024: Strengthening elixirs: rockrose, masterwort, roseroot
September 07, 2024: Fermented drinks: kombucha, water kefir, lemonade
Costs: Adults € 13,- and pro rata material costs extra
