In summer, the valley bus runs between Großsölk and Kleinsölk:
- Crossings, for example from St. Nikolai via Hohensee and the Seekarlscharte to the Tuchmoaralm, are therefore easily possible. The valley bus will pick you up in the other valley.
- During the summer season, the valley bus runs daily between Gröbming - Stein/Enns (train station) and St. Nikolai im Sölktal (bus stop on Sölkpass Straße) in the Murtal valley and from Stein/Enns to Kleinsölk/Breitlahnhütte.
- With the Summer Card or the Klimaticket Steiermark, the bus can be used free of charge at any time.

The nature park covers the entire municipality of Sölk, spanning 289 km² and accounting for almost a quarter of the total area of the Schladming-Dachstein region.
