The name says it all – certainly one of the most popular trails in Ramsau. Usually, the trail is skied in combination with the Stadionloipe directly from the cross-country skiing stadium, but it is also possible to start at the Rittisberg parking lot. A varied trail with moderate climbs and brisk descents on the loops towards Alte Mühle. A relatively easy cross-country trail that offers a few smaller climbs and descents for beginners. Separate classic and skating tracks in both directions, with junctions that also allow for nice loops on smaller sections of the trail. The Standardloipe WEST connects Schildlehen with the Stadionloipe and also has connections to the following other trails:

the Halserloipe at the Helpferer junction
the Herold-Loipe at the Kreitseiler junction
the Lärchenwald-Loipe at the Kreitseiler junction
the Sonnenloipe WEST at the Walcherhof junction
the Rittisloipe at the Fischteich junction
the Hierzeggloipe at the Fischteich junction

This cross-country trail is often combined with the western section of the Stadionloipe directly from the cross-country skiing stadium in Ramsau-Ort. The entry point is then virtually at the Kreitseiler junction (which is also accessible by bus about 150 m away - however, no parking spaces are available here). Alternatively, you can start at the Rittisberg car park. First, you head west from there, skiing over gentle climbs followed by a descent to the Walcherhof junction (connection to Sonnenloipe WEST) and from there continue to the Fischteich junction (connection to the classic Rittisloipe and Hierzeggloipe). From there, you return to the Rittisberg junction and continue towards the stadium. Passing the Helpferer junction (connection to Halserloipe), you reach the turning point at the Kreitseiler junction (connection to Stadionloipe and Herold-Loipe).

Exit from the Ennstal Bundesstraße at Schladming-Mitte. Continue to Ramsau-Ort to the cross-country skiing stadium (if combined with the stadium trail) or otherwise to Rittisberg.

When combined with the Stadionloipe, directly at the "Ramsau Zentrum" next to the cross-country skiing stadium. Otherwise at the Rittisberg parking lot.

Take the Ramsauer Verkehrsbetriebe buses from Schladming (also from the train station) to Ramsau, stop Ort (for combination with the Stadionloipe), stop Kreitseiler (eastern entry point) or Rittisberg.

Along the 30 km Dachstein skating, the standard trail can also be skated. This route can also be run in 2 stages starting from the World Cup cross-country skiing stadium.
