How is cheese produced?

This tour gives you an insight into cheese production. The cows with exclusively female offspring provide the valuable and organic milk, which Martin refines into fine semi-hard and hard cheese varieties. At the end of the tour, there is also a tasting session.

Health aspect: 

The insight into cheese production provides an insight into the production of a foodstuff and the factors that play a role. In particular, the raw material milk without additional preservatives and the further processing are explained.  This contributes to a healthy diet.
