The house is embedded with a view of nature and the mountains in the Ennstaler landscape.

It can accommodate up to 12 people (request) and invites you to linger.

The house is divided into 3 floors:

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, library a toilet and bathroom. All rooms have their own balcony and TV

On the ground floor are the living rooms (kitchen, dining table, living room and toilet) + storage room with washing machine and dryer (excluding detergent)

In the basement there are 2 more bedrooms, a toilet, large shower, double sink, a home trainer and the sauna.

In the villa, you will also have the opportunity to celebrate your little fine wedding, take a time out with your yogis or celebrate another special occasions. (no party location!)

Room details

Upstairs is a king size bedroom with connecting door to the dressing room with couch. This couch can possibly take off for 2 teenagers or children. There is also a private bathroom with a corner bath, shower and toilet.

The other bedroom has two single beds - but can be pushed together.

All other rooms are double rooms.

3 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 in the basement.

Each room is individually comfortably furnished.

In the basement there is also a wine cellar (wines for a fee)
