- Choose between free and paid version!
- Set the GPS accuracy to high!
- Set the recording interval to 1 sec!
- Wait for GPS reception before starting!
- Click on "Record
- Choose a sport - " Nordic skiing".
- Now you can start - have fun!
- Decide after the finish if the result should be visible for everyone
Start and finish is the World Cup cross-country stadium Ramsau, parking is also available there.
Participation is free of charge.
The route can be run daily (15.01. - 28.02.2022) and as often as you like. The best time will be updated in the ranking of Strava.
Changing rooms, showers and WCs can be used at the Dachsteinbad Ramsau for a contribution towards expenses.
Ski waxing is possible at Sport Ski Willy.
Food and drink in the cross-country stadium or along the route in the cross-country skiing establishments.
In the App Run, you can run both with your smartphone and with your GPS watch. If you use a watch, you don't have to take the phone with you, but the watch must be linked to your Strava account. The activity can then be synchronized.
Women and men classification over approx. 15 km and approx. 30 km distance (30 km are 2 rounds on the 15 km distance)
Great prizes will be raffled among all participants of the Tour de Ramsau 2022.
