We take special care of our Scottish Highland Cattle’s wellbeing. Our cattle are outside all year round enjoying a herd life and only eat GMO-free food.
Ensuring a happy life allows us to assure the high quality of our self-manufactured meats and charcuterie and to continuously expand our selection.
In the past couple of years, we had a sharp increase in our product range: from our renowned ham and a vast variety of sausages to the fine ‘Tomahawk Steak’. Our wide product range offers anything a meat lover could possibly wish for.

Then come and visit our little Farm Shop at the Fürsterhof, or come and see us at the Schladminger Bauernmarkt (Farmers Market at the Wetzlarerplatz – in front of the JUFA) and experience ‘Highland-Delight’ for yourself.
