The Sölkpass is closed until further notice due to snowfall. From the current point of view it is not yet foreseeable whether the pass will be opened again before the winter closure. The ski tours to the Sölkpass area start from St. Nikolai. There are parking spaces on the outskirts of the village.

The Sölkpass - the highest pass in Styria - is the starting point for this relatively short ascent to a mountain peak in the Wölzer Tauern.

Turn-by-turn directions
The trail begins directly at the Sölkpass Chapel on the east side of the road. The path crosses a hill at the beginning and then leads along a ridge to the summit.
