Golf in Schladming-Dachstein

When you tee up surrounded by the Schladming-Dachstein region, the heart of any keen golfer skips a beat.
The country clubs in Dachstein-Tauern and Schloss Pichlarn offer two of the most beautiful 18-hole courses in all of Austria.
There is also Kobaldhof's 10-hole natural golf course at the foot of the Dachstein, which offers a very unique golfing experience.

Schladming-Dachstein Golf Club

The golf course, designed by Bernhard Langer, is nestled in the beautiful countryside between Schladming and Haus im Ennstal. The beautifully arranged course sets a sporting challenge to players and offers everything you could want.

Even though the course is challenging, it offers players of all handicaps some great plays and memories to be made.

Schloss Pichlarn Golf Club

Schloss Pichlarn has one of the oldest golf courses in Austria - together the spa and golf resort is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world. The 18-hole course's idyllic setting is both elegant and exclusive, nestled at the heart of the Ennstal valley. The golf course is characterized by its natural topography of hills, valleys and woods. In the early seventies, the golf course architect Donald Harradine had no difficulty useing the valley's natural features for his landscape.

Kobaldhof's natural golf course

The world's number 1. The natural gold course was opened at Kobaldhof in 2007. The organically maintained 10-hole golf course is a novelty in the sport. The course, consisting of more than 3 hectares of land, is maintained according to the strict criteria of organic farming.

As the Ramsau organic golf course offers stretches of between 90 m and 280 m, it is also well suited to novice players.

Even if they do not have club membership or a handicap, experienced and novice players can enjoy the special golf experience the course has to offer.
