Jean-Baptiste Frédéric Isidor, Baron Thielemans, known as “Toots” Thielemans (1922-2016) was a Belgian modern
jazz musician. Like no other, he has “helped the harmonica gain respect in jazz.” One of his best-known works as a
composer is the background music for the US children's television series Sesame Street.
After all musicians were unemployed for almost 2 years in 2020, the young, talented bassist and pianist Jernej
Vindšnurer from Ljubljana decided to acquire another instrument - the harmonica! The result is worth seeing and
hearing! Eddie Luis invites you to experience an enjoyable, moving evening following in the footsteps of the
incomparable Toots Thielemans!
