The Heart of Food
The entire Schladming-Dachstein region will be the setting for a multi-day event showcasing Austria as an innovative culinary destination: MICHELIN stars, showcases, masterclasses, podcasts, collaborations, and endless bites from Austria's landscape on your plate, served up by Austria's original culinary personalities. The Heart of Food brings together all culinary levels of the country and provides a stage for the most relevant organizations (wine, agriculture, products). The highlight is the handover of the MICHELIN plaques to the newcomers and those who have risen in the rankings from the Guide MICHELIN Selection 2026.
