Schladming is becoming the culinary meeting place for the regions. Chefs from eight provinces and the host region of Schladming-Dachstein invite you on a journey of discovery through Austria's culinary landscapes. “Bite into our Region”: In three huts in the valley, you can experience regional specialties firsthand—personal, uncomplicated, and enjoyable.

The Koch.Campus association is an independent think tank of leading chefs, producers, and experts dedicated to the further development of Austrian cuisine and providing impetus for sustainable change. As part of The Heart of Food, chefs and producers from all federal states will present a culinary insight into the history of Koch.Campus over the last 13 years.
