The ‘large family flat’ is located on the outskirts of Aich in the Schladming-Dachstein region in a sunny location in a newly built housing estate. In only 5 minutes by car, you can reach the first entrance of the 4-mountain ski area, the Hauser Kaibling. A cozy family flat for 2-6 people awaits you here, furnished to a high standard with 2 separate bedrooms (one with double bed and cot, one with double bed and bunk bed), 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a separate WC.

The large family flat is comfortably and modernly furnished. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with WC. A separate WC is also available. The large eat-in kitchen is modern and equipped with all the accessories you need for a holiday - including a Nespresso machine, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The living room invites you to relax on the large sofa bed. A cot for the youngest guests can be provided.

In the immediate vicinity you can indulge in the local gastronomy and the Aich leisure lake complex is within easy walking distance. A supermarket is also not far away.

Your holiday in the ‘large family flat’ allows you to get to know many winter sports in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region. The free ski bus stops 200 m from the apartment complex, but you can also reach the easternmost first entrance to the 4-mountain ski area, the Hauser Kaibling, in just 5 minutes by car with guaranteed parking. Schladming and the Planai are only 10 minutes away by car. If there is enough snow, you will find the cross-country ski trail entrance in 2 minutes by car, Ramsau am Dachstein with the Nordic Eldorado and 220 km of cross-country ski trails is only 15 minutes away by car. Horse-drawn sleigh rides and winter hiking trails are possible directly in the village.

Our summer guests enjoy their time on our cozy sun terrace. Our holiday guests find fun and variety at the bathing lake in Aich. The leisure lake complex with its 9-metre-high climbing tower, playground and much more is just a 5-minute walk away. The R7 cycle path, mountain bike trails as well as hiking and Nordic walking trails are all within easy reach.
