Our traditional family-run business is the ideal starting point for your holiday. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past Hotel Knollhof, and the Bergkristall ski lift, which is particularly suitable for children and beginners, is located just behind the house – ski school included. The nearest bus stop is only a seven-minute walk away. 

With us, you can choose from spacious single, double, or multi-bed rooms in alpine style, all equipped with a bathroom or shower, WC, TV, and balcony with a magnificent view of the Ramsauer mountains. We offer you the perfect start to your holiday day with a rich and delicious breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. From 12 to 8 PM, our à la carte restaurant enchants you with various national and international dishes, prepared seasonally and with much love. A highlight here is our homemade Knollhof pizzas. Our culinary offerings are complemented by the finest Austrian and international wines from our wine cellar. The chef is happy to advise you personally.

After a long day of vacation, you can relax at Hotel Knollhof. Our beautiful wellness area invites you to unwind with a steam bath, sauna, solarium, and massage room. 

Ramsau am Dachstein is considered an Eldorado for Nordic skiing sports with a well-groomed 220-kilometer network of trails that offers the right option for everyone from beginners to World Cup athletes. An extensive network of winter hiking trails and romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides through the deeply snow-covered landscape perfectly round off your stay at Hotel Knollhof. For skiers, the child- and family-friendly slopes in Ramsau am Dachstein, which are directly accessible from Hotel Knollhof, are ideal. Additionally, the 4-Mountains Ski Swing in Schladming can be reached in just a few minutes by ski bus (bus stop about 300 m away).
