Our Haus Bergland lies directly in the centre of the Ramsau am Dachstein holiday region. Come and stay with us in one of Austria’s most beautiful areas. With the breath-taking Dachstein mountains on the doorstep, the blue skies above, and the lush green meadows beneath your feet, yours will be a dream holiday in Ramsau am Dachstein. Peppered with many rustic mountain huts waiting for you to stop by, Ramsau’s alpine pastures at 1,700 m and the Dachstein glacier at 2,700 m offer numerous via ferratas in summer, and, in winter, cross-country trails, ski runs, ski touring and winter walks. Nearby, you can find Kali’s ski runs, cross-country trails, walking paths, bus and ski-bus stops, ski schools, the public indoor pool with sauna facilities, shops, banks, and the doctor’s surgery, making us the perfect place for your base camp. Also very close to Haus Bergland is Ramsau’s cross-country stadium, which is the ideal starting point for the large network of trails. All rooms have a south-facing balcony, giving you plenty of sunlight. In front of the house are private parking spaces and a bike room. In the mornings, a delightful breakfast table in the cosy common room awaits you. The Ramsau plateau at 1,200 metres offers a large selection of walking paths, mountain-bike tours, Nordic-walking routes, cross-country trails, snowshoeing, and ski tours. Stop by Ramsau Beach, a swimming lake that also has an e-motocross park, a high-ropes course, and a summer toboggan run on the Rittisberg. For all those who love festivals and cultural events, there are many to choose from in Ramsau am Dachstein and the entire Schladming-Dachstein region.
