Rest and relax at our farmhouse Feichtlehnerhof in Ramsau am Dachstein. Our traditionally run farm is centrally located just above Ramsau Ort, amidst the sunny fields of the plateau with views to the Ramsau ski-jump, the surrounding Dachstein mountains and the Schladming Tauern. You reach the centre of the village Ramsau am Dachstein within only ten minutes by foot, where you find a supermarket and numerous inns and restaurants. In summer, our farm is an ideal starting point for hikes and easy-going walks as well as for demanding mountaineering and climbing tours up to the huts of the Alpine pastures and to the peaks of the Ramsau mountains. Simply let your car at our ample car park in front of the farmhouse and set out on your hiking or mountain bike tours starting directly at your holiday home. In winter, Ramsau am Dachstein is a gorgeous winter sports paradise with fantastic cross-country trails, flat winter walking paths and the family-friendly ski resort of Ramsau am Dachstein. Right beside our farmhouse, there are the two ski lifts “Bergkristalllift” and “Klanglift”, which are in particular suitable for children and beginners. The “Rittisberg” can be reached within 5 minutes by car, the ski resort amadé is only 20 minutes away, a free of charge ski bus service is available. We offer our guests bright single, double and triple rooms as well as ample family rooms with high quality wooden furniture. All our caringly furnished rooms (partly with balcony) have Sat-TV, W-LAN (on demand) and modern bathrooms and WC. For breakfast, a rich buffet with fresh milk, cream cheese, spreads and home-baked bread awaits you. A musli -corner with a selection of cereals completes the breakfast offer. For our active hikers, there is also the possibility to have an early ‘mountaineering breakfast’, so you can set out on tour well fortified. Our two homely non-smoking guest lounges are furnished with attention to detail and they invite you to spend pleasant moments relaxing or chatting. In winter and on chilly summer days, the rustic tiled stove in the “Zirbenstube” that is heated with wood adds to a pleasant warm and sociable atmosphere. The second guest lounge is furnished with solid wood too, with spruce. Let an adventurous day end in our newly built well-being area, with a classic Finnish sauna, a bio steam bath and an infrared warm-up cabin. During the summer months, there is, around the house, a large lawn for sunbathing with sun loungers as well as an ample terrace available to our guests. It is a particular experience for kids to watch or even help out during the daily barn hours, milking the cows or feeding the little lambs.
