A warm welcome to the Fürsterhof farm on the sunny plateau Ramsau am Dachstein. Leave the stress behind you and spend a wonderful time with your family in the comfortable and cosy atmosphere of our home.

Surrounded by lush green meadows and forests, you will enjoy this picturesque scenery during your stay at our farm. In summer, Fürsterhof is a natural paradise as well as the ideal starting point for gorgeous hikes and endless mountain bike tours around Ramsau and the entire region Schladming-Dachstein. In winter, our farm is set on the cross-country trail. The ski runs of the 4 interlinked mountains -- Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm -- and the all-year-round-skiing on Dachstein glacier as well as the ski region Ramsau am Dachstein with Kali’s Adventure Ski Runs can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Life at the Fürsterhof farm joins traditional and modern living. We offer newly renovated en-suite double and family rooms with country-style furniture. Most rooms have a balcony with great views to the impressive mountains of the Dachstein range and the Schladming Tauern. In the morning, a rich buffet breakfast awaits you in our cosy farm-style lounge, with produce from our own farm such as ham and sausages.

Furthermore, we breed Highland cattle. They graze on our meadows and lend a unique flair to Fürsterhof. Our Highland cattle spend the summer up in the mountains, on Ramsau’s alpine pastures, where we go regularly to check on the animals. You are welcome to join us when setting out to the mountains, and learn some more about our cattle and the cultivation of alpine pastures. As to culinary treats, we follow the philosophy of using local and regional products. For your lunch during your hikes or as a souvenir for your loved ones at home, you can choose from a wide selection of homemade meat and ham specialties.

At our farm you will spend a holiday just as you imagine it. It doesn’t matter at what time of the year you come. Ramsau with its unmistakeable scenery is multifaceted, and life at the farm holds living traditions and customs, culinary treats, and a particular atmosphere.
In winter, besides the ski runs and cross-country trails of Ramsau am Dachstein, there are many further possibilities to enjoy a sunny winter day. Get carried away into a romantic winter-wonderland by a horse-sleigh, or feel the crunching snow beneath your feet when taking a walk along the seemingly endless winter walking paths.
