To follow the prologue of ENNSTAL-CLASSIC on its day tracks means thousands of views along the Enns, at the foot of the Dachstein mountains, on the northern slopes of the Tauern. Pretty villages, historical testimonies and many panoramic points line the route in the primal border area of Salzburg and Styria. The variety of historical moments and natural beauties do not make the choice easy. The unmistakable Ennstal original is the Schladminger Loden jacket, which dresses world stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger. And Franz Klammer celebrated his legendary first World Cup victory here.

The route "ENNSTAL-PROLOG" leads from the starting point Gröbming via Moosheim - Pruggern (from here a shortTake the B 320) - turn right towards Assach - Aich - Weissenbach - Rössing (insider tip: Lodenwalke) - Ramsau am Dachstein - Schildlehen further to Filzmoos - Eben im Pongau - Altenmarkt (from here further on the Roman path) - Radstadt (further on the B 99) - Forstau - Pichl im Ennstal (loop railway stop) - Preunegg - Rohrmoos - Schladming - Untere Klaus - Lehen - Oberhaus - Haus im Ennstal (attraction: winter sports museum) - Weissenbach - Aich - Assach - Pruggern - Gröbming.

1st variat:Schildlehen - Dachstein panorama road to the door wall.

2nd variant:Rohrmoos - Untertal - Tettermoor - Riesach waterfall
