Amid the dream-like mountain scenery and pristine nature an extraordinary adventure awaits you at any time of the year in Ramsau on the Dachstein. Our privately owned and family-friendly Burglehner farm is located in a quiet, idyllic spot and offers a lovely panoramic view of the Southern Dachstein massif. We want to do our very best to make every moment of your stay at the Burglehner farm unforgettable and pleasant! Our guests enjoy the tranquillity to be found at 1000 metres above sea level. The Burglehner farm is also an ideal starting point for hikes and skiing trips. You can start your hike right outside the door of the farm and leave your car parked. The Burglehner farm is particularly popular among for cross-country skiers. A 12-kilometre long cross-country course passes the house. Our comfortable and cosy double rooms have a shower, toilet and satellite TV. There is one double room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of regional specialities, and we serve milk from our own farm. Furthermore, we offer our guests a refrigerator, WLAN and a ski storage room equipped with a heater for your ski boots. For get-togethers we suggest our snuggery with a tile stove. Cows, cats, rabbits, ducks, ponies, calves and a friendly dog make the Burglehner farm in Ramsau a paradise for families. A leisure room with table football and a playground with table tennis, swings, go-karts, a trampoline and supervised pony riding guarantee fun and lots of excitement. The neighbouring farm offers horseback-riding tours for you to explore the surroundings of the village that boasts the most horses in all of Austria. In winter the Burglehner farm is the ideal starting point for skiing and cross-country skiing trips of all kinds. The family-friendly skiing region Ramsau with Kali’s adventure pistes and the skiing region Amadé including Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm are within reach, a mere 15-minute drive away. All those looking for fun in the snow all year round will feel comfortable on the glaciers of the Dachstein, which is only 12 kilometres away.
