Welcome to the AUSZEIT Apartment Schladming / Rohrmoos

Our family house is located in the middle of nature, on a beautiful corner of the world. A perfect place to spend a piece of your "lifetime" here.

Our AUSZEIT apartment is centrally located on the sunny high plateau Rohrmoos at an altitude of approx. 1000 meters, with a fantastic view of the mighty Dachstein massif, the surrounding mountain landscape and the valleys of the Schladminger Tauern.

Only a few minutes' walk from the center, the lifts and the ski slopes with direct access to the 4 mountains Schischaukel (Hochwurzen-Planai-Reiteralm-Hauser Kaibling).

In the center you will find excellent restaurants with good traditional and modern cuisine as well as ski schools, sports shops, ski rentals, grocery stores, bars and hairdressers.

The Planai or Hochwurzen ski areas can be comfortably reached on foot or with the ski bus, which stops in the immediate vicinity. The ski run leads you to our house. The 7km long toboggan run and night skiing also complete the offer.

In summer you can start your hikes directly from our house and with the nearby hiking bus you can easily reach all hiking destinations.
