Centrally located in the Schladming-Dachstein Holiday Region, Apartment Iris offers you the best starting point for your varied summer and winter vacation.

The lovingly furnished Apartment Iris is located on the ground floor of a residential house and offers with 60 m² space for up to 6 persons. A bright, open living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, cosy living room with tiled stove and comfortable living area promises a generous space. 1 bedroom with dressing room, 1 winter garden with large windows as an additional bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC as well as an anteroom are available to the guests. The apartment also has a separate entrance, its own parking space and ski storage room.

In winter the apartment convinces due to its top location in the skiing area. In only 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the slopes of the famous Schladminger 4-Berge-Skischaukel, a continuous skiing pleasure with 123 km of slopes is offered. If the snow conditions are good, you can reach the house directly with your skis via a downhill run, a bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity.
But there is also a lot to experience off-piste - cross-country ski runs, winter hiking trails as well as a comfortable horse-drawn carriage ride or ski tour in a beautiful landscape invite you to an unforgettable winter experience in the mountains of Austria - here you can also start directly from the front door.

Also in summer, our vacation region offers a wide variety of hiking and biking tours, via ferrata, numerous water and family experiences as well as managed alpine pastures.
