Directly from the apartments you have a fantastic view of the Dachstein massif, the Rittisberg or the Schladminger Tauern. Due to the optimal location in Ramsau, you can reach all interesting entry points of the hiking trails, a sports shop, the local ski and snowboard school of the holiday region in just a few minutes on foot, in summer as well as in winter. You start directly from the house into the cross-country skiing network, winter hiking trails or into the family-friendly skiing area of the Ramsau ski region. The ski and public bus to the Ski Amadé lifts or to the Dachstein Glacier is only a 2-minute walk away. The Rittisberg directly opposite is a perfect destination for families in summer with its bathing lake, summer roller coaster or climbing garden.

In summer, the wonderful alpine region at the foot of the imposing Dachstein south walls offers many circular hiking options, magnificent scenic viewpoints as well as numerous mountain huts. The high plateau is considered the number one via ferrata area in Austria. A total of 20 beautiful via ferratas and tours with the reward of a breathtaking view as far as the Czech Republic or the Slovenian Triglav Mountains are marked out in Ramsau.

In the summer months, Ramsau am Dachstein in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region delights with numerous hiking trails, mountain bike tours, 20 different via ferratas and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage "Dachstein" glacier. Only a 5-minute walk away: the adventure mountain "Rittisberg". There you will find a lot of leisure activities for every age group - summer roller coaster, bathing lake, fairy tale path, chair lift, archery, climbing garden, ... In winter, Ramsau am Dachstein is the top destination for cross-country skiing. With 220 km of cross-country tracks, on which, among other things, Nordic World Championships have taken place, at an altitude of 1.100 to 2.700m and with varying levels of difficulty for pleasure skiers to top athletes.

The cross-country skiing tracks pass directly by our apartment house. The free ski bus to the Ski amadé ski area is only a 2-minute walk away. The family skiing area Ramsau and the Kaliland with the largest winter playground in the region can be reached directly via the slope of the Zauberlift. The popular family skiing area Ramsau is practically on our doorstep. The Kali adventure slopes, the cosy huts, the idyllic cross-country ski trails and the natural toboggan run guarantee an exciting and eventful winter holiday.
