The spacious 80m The children's ski lift and practice lift can be reached in one minute. Directly opposite the apartment is the entrance to the cross-country ski. A cross-country school can be reached on foot. The indoor pool (100 meters), a climbing center and a gym (300 meters) and two sports shops are located nearby. In a few minutes you are on Rittisberg company that has much to offer in summer and in winter. A bus stop is about 100 meters from the house. There is a regular bus service to Schladming and the Dachstein glacier!
