Apartment Coley (76m2) is located in the centre of Ramsau Ort directly on the cross-country piste, next to the indoor pool and opposite Ramsau Stadium.
In the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms each for 2 persons, 1 living room (with 1 sofa for 2 persons), a fully equipped kitchen and traditional Austrian dining table. An entrance hall for shoes and coats, 1 bathroom with both a bath and a shower, WC and sink, plus an extra toilet. The appartment is non smoking.
The apartment is accessible for disabled persons (including wheelchair users): there is a lift from the underground carpark to the apartment, which is on the first floor)
Apartment Coley has a very large wraparound balcony facing south and west, with views of the ski jump on the Kulmberg, the cross-country stadium and the Dachstein mountains.
In the underground carpark, there is a designated space for one car, plus ski storage room with boot-dryer reserved for guests.
