The Sonnenchalet in Schladming offers you a chalet or holiday apartment to make your holiday in the Schladming-Dachstein Region perfect - an entire house on the sunny slopes of Schladming for rent. Stylish, bright and furnished with love. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends in private and secluded surroundings. The house has its own entrance and a large terrace. The large table in the living room is definitely the central point of the house and promises many social hours in a cosy atmosphere. From autumn 2020 there will be an outdoor sauna with panoramic view!

Our newly built apartment Edelweiß in Schladming leaves nothing to be desired. When designing the rooms, we placed special emphasis on an atmosphere of well-being - just as if we were living here ourselves. This apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace, with the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful view or to use the barbecue.

The whole Resch family wishes you already now enjoyable holidays in Schladming, and we would be very happy to welcome you

soon in our apartment Edelweiss or in the Sun Chalet.

Host information

Familie The Resch family, that is Franz, Gunhild and the boy clover David, Franz Josef, Clemens and Matthäus. We are all enthusiastic nature lovers and sportsmen. Franz, the owner of the house, is active in ski development and can help me with advice and support at any time. Gunhild loves the garden, her beloved pets (chickens, sheep, cats, rabbits) and goes on long tours by bike. The boys are at university, but in their free time they are in the mountains in summer and winter.

Arrival

Directly opposite our house Sun Chalet is the apartment house Landhaus am Sonnenhang. In the entrance area is the reception, which is manned from 8.00-10.00 o'clock. We will send you a code for the entrance door of our apartment house a few days before arrival. There you will find the key and some information. So it is no problem if you want to arrive later.

Our house Sun Chalet is comfortably furnished in country house style. A large fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, 2x refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. The central point is the living room with the large table for cosy game evenings, raclette, or just a cosy get-together. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets extra are available. A ski cellar and a large outdoor sauna with a great mountain view are waiting for you. The large terrace invites you to have breakfast outside or maybe a yoga class in the morning.
