Between riverbanks, meadow paths and the imposing backdrop of the Grimming, you will experience a small but beautiful loop that is ideal for both leisurely joggers and those with sporting ambitions. This varied, short 3.2 km run starts directly at the leisure center in Irdning. Right at the start, you are rewarded with a magnificent view of the mighty Grimming.
From Irdning, you run in a northerly direction towards Trautenfels Castle. Shortly before you reach the Ennsbrücke bridge, turn right at the Dankelmaier earthworks. The path leads you along the Enns.
At the next crossroads, turn right and after a few meters follow the signs along a meadow path. After crossing a small stream, you reach the gravel path again, which leads you back to the starting point.
From Irdning, you run in a northerly direction towards Trautenfels Castle. Shortly before you reach the Ennsbrücke bridge, turn right at the Dankelmaier earthworks. The path leads you along the Enns.

Coming from Schladming: Turn right before the bridge overpass at Trautenfels Castle and take the first exit at the traffic circle towards Irdning. Follow this road, which leads over a railroad crossing and over the Ennsbrücke bridge. Turn left at the village sign and park at the large parking lot of the Irdning recreational facility/sports field.
Coming from Liezen: Turn right before the bridge overpass at Trautenfels Castle and take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle towards Irdning. Follow this road, which leads over a railroad crossing and over the Enns bridge.
