On January 27 and 28, 2026, the 29th THE NIGHTRACE Schladming and the 4th Men's THE NIGHTRACE - Giant Slalom took place on the Planai finishing slope. The atmosphere at the two night races on the Planai finish slope was once again spectacular. Several thousand fans turned the Planai finish stadium into a "witches' cauldron".
