Swimming in the mountain lake

Of course, during the warm summer months, it is tempting to cool off in the crystal-clear water of our mountain lakes. Please be aware that our mountain lakes are not artificial swimming ponds. They are home to various microorganisms and plants and, depending on the altitude, also fish. The lakes have a sensitive ecosystem that we do not want to upset.

For you, this means: please be careful when wading and swimming and keep a few important rules in mind. These will help the natural ecosystem of the lake as well as yourself to have a safe experience.
