Schilchersturm (a traditional German beer) and refreshing cocktails, regional seasonal specialties and a bacon snack, fine wines from the wine shop, and of course, the local Schladming beer.
Delicious bacon from the Gailtal Valley—the "Valley of Bacon"—, Styrian ham roast, cheese from the Moserhof (Haus/Ennstal), chili lard, complemented by a select selection of wines.
No wish will be left unfulfilled.
