Our TOP 3 apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, make it ideal for families or small groups. The fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-building elevator guarantee a relaxing, car-free vacation—in both summer and winter.

???For our guests, ski storage at Planet Planai is included in the room rate. We’re happy to provide a crib and high chair free of charge upon request. ??? Bread rolls can be ordered upon arrival for your entire stay.

Top 3 does not have its own parking lot on-site, but there is a public, free parking lot 200 meters away! Wi-Fi and cable TV are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

With more than 123 kilometers of slopes and 44 chairlifts and cable cars, the Schladming Winter World offers access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area—Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm—and everything a winter sports enthusiast could wish for.
