In the heart of Haus im Ennstal, Villa Stephanie awaits you – a lovingly renovated villa from 1909 that combines its historic character with cozy living comfort.

Villa Stephanie comprises two spacious apartments:
the Hochparterre apartment for 2–4 people and the Beletage apartment for 4-6 people.
Together, the entire house can accommodate up to 10 people – perfect for families and friends wishing to enjoy a vacation together.

Whether summer or winter: thanks to its central location, the villa is the perfect starting point for nature experiences, sports activities, and relaxed vacation days in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

The Hauser Kaibling cable car – your direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Swing – is only about 950 m from Villa Stephanie.
The ski bus stop is located just about 50 m away. After a wonderful day on the slopes, you can ski nearly to the accommodation via the Skiweg 1B Markt Haus (approximately 150 m away). A locked ski room with a boot dryer is available for your equipment.

The bakery Steffl Bäck is just a few steps away (about 70 m) – perfect for fresh breakfast rolls or a delicious breakfast. The BILLA supermarket is approximately 550 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
