Experience alpine hospitality in its most original form – at an elevation of 1,610 m, in the heart of the mountains, lies the Ursprungalm, inviting you to linger and enjoy. Here, rustic alpine atmosphere meets true flavor: homemade dairy and cheese products, house-made butter, curd, and genuine Styrian specialties from our own production provide taste with provenance.
In the cozy guest room, you can hear the crackling of the wood stove, outside the mountain world sparkles, and inside, a menu full of warmth awaits you: Kasnocken, Gröstl, soups, or smoked meat pockets – everything is freshly prepared from our own agriculture and made with love.
Ideal as a resting place for families, hikers, or mountain bikers – featuring a playground, petting zoo, and beautiful nature all around. Enjoy moments of pause and let yourself be pampered culinarily, as if you were part of the family.
