Our lovingly furnished apartments provide you with everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, a balcony with a view, and plenty of space to feel comfortable.

After an active day, you can relax in our small, fine sauna world – with a heat cabin, steam sauna, and direct access to the outdoors. For a small hunger, there are farm specialties like Käsekrainer, bratwurst, or Leberkäse – directly from the guest fridge.

Experience the Farm

Our oxen spend the summer in the alpine pastures, and in winter they are in the barn. You can experience farm life up close – and maybe even meet our cat "Gaudl," who loves affection.

An Experience in Summer and Winter

In summer, you are in the middle of a hiking paradise, and in winter, you can step directly onto the cross-country ski trail right outside the house. Tobogganing, snowshoe hiking, or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride – boredom has no chance here.
