A central concern is the revival of alpine cooking culture. New culinary paths emerge from traditional recipes and regional ingredients. Chefs are allowed to experiment, reinterpret old knowledge, and explore the world of herbs of the alpine – both in their diversity and their applications in the kitchen.

Sleep, movement, nutrition, and fresh mountain air form the basis of holistic health.
