Welcome to the Schmiedhütte, awarded as one of Austria's "coolest" ski huts – here the hosts serve hearty Styrian dishes with a lot of character. Whether it's chanterelle sauce with bread dumplings, venison goulash, or farmer's feast – everything comes from their own farm and local forests. Special attention is given to the children, and the ambiance is truly cozy: rustic, warm, and inviting. After a day on the slopes or winter hiking, a shot of pine schnapps or homemade nut schnapps tastes just perfect.
