Since the opening of Talbachschenke in 1981, we have placed great importance on the origin and quality of our products.
That’s why we are proud that over 80% of our ingredients or raw materials come from Austria, and largely directly from the producers.
Respect
No matter what you eat with us, there is one ingredient in each of our dishes, and we believe it is even the MOST IMPORTANT:
