Plankenalm - Mathias Radlingmaier

Our Plankenalm is situated at 1150 m above sea level in a secluded location, surrounded by mountains and with wonderful views. Far away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, you can spend your vacation with us in the middle of forests and meadows. Directly from the hut there are easy to moderately difficult hiking trails with views across the beautiful Enns Valley to the Kitzsteinhorn and Gesäuse. You are welcome to visit our hunting lodge at 1340 m above sea level on a natural hike on the Kohlanger.

Spend a soothing break in the well-equipped Plankenalm. Relax and experience nature or get to know life on a farm - whatever takes your fancy. Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet above the peaks when the sun peeps over the mountains in the morning and the sky shows its most beautiful side in the evening. The Plankenalm is a place to ground yourself, find yourself and feel the rhythm of nature.

There is a swing, table tennis, table soccer and other toys for the children.

You can cook for yourself at the rustic stove in the kitchen or outside at the barbecue house, enjoy yourself in the cozy parlor or on the bench in the greenery and start the day with fresh milk, homemade cream cheese and freshly baked bread for breakfast.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in the morning, experience how the day awakens and the scent of the alpine meadows - set off for a hike or a swim at a nearby lake - collect fragrant herbs
