Oxenalm

The Oxenalm is a special destination at any time of the year. In winter, you can enjoy homemade hut specialties on the sun terrace with a panoramic view over the Mörsbachtal, along with a cozy break. In summer, the alpine lodge located at an altitude of 1,500 meters is an ideal excursion destination for hikers, mountain bikers, and families. In autumn, you shouldn't miss the "Hirschlos’n" - an impressive nature audio play.

You can reach the Oxenalm from Donnersbachwald in about 1.5 hours on foot or in 1 hour by bike via well-marked paths. From the Riesneralm mountain station, it takes about 30 minutes to walk downhill to the hut (please note the operating hours of the cable car).
