Nature.Power.Place of Rock & Water
Tour description
The municipality of Wörschach was first documented in 1195 as the village of "Werses." Even earlier, a confirmation document from 890 shows that ore mining was permitted northeast of Wörschach. This is therefore a very early settlement area. If you hike the Fürstensteig trail from Wörschach to Stainach, you will reach the next Nature.Power.Place - the 4-Elements Place near Friedstein Castle. Along the way, you will pass through a variety of natural formations as the path constantly climbs and descends: forests alternate with rocky landscapes, the path widens and narrows again - how many people have already walked here and in what situations? Feel a connection with them.
THE RESONANCE EXERCISE
PINEAL GLAND ACTIVATION "ROCK KISS"
For You
At the rock-water spot, first perceive the refreshing water
atmosphere: visually and acoustically, as well as the scent of the
water.
Find your own preferred rock-water spot.
Gently activate the pineal gland, which is responsible for, among other
things, the sleep-wake cycle and can strengthen the immune system,
behind the middle of the forehead by attentively approaching the rock
with your forehead. Even a light touch has an invigorating effect.
For Groups or Families
The gnome walk, starting from the gnome trees near the beginning of the forest, begins with a line-up.
Each person's left hand reaches back through their legs, while their right hand reaches forward.
This is how the hands of the person in front and behind meet. The
posture is slightly bent; the first person reaches both hands back, the
last person reaches both hands forward.
Now start the gnome walk cheerfully and rotate regularly: The first
person in each group breaks away after 1-2 minutes, lets the gnome
procession pass by, and now brings up the rear.

- The fine-tuning between the upper body and arm muscles and the resulting sensitive forehead sensation on the rock are trained.
