Located in the idyllic Untertal - approximately 5 minutes by car from Schladming, between the ski mountains Planai and Hochwurzen and in the hiking center of the Schladminger Tauern - is our Mei-so-nett apartment.

Spanning 65m² and two floors, the apartment features

• a triple room with a double bed and a sleeping nook,
• two bathrooms
• a light-flooded living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining corner, and a pull-out sofa bed with a high-quality queen-size mattress (1.5 x 2m)
• garden & terrace with a playground and a balcony with a view of the Dachstein for grilling, playing, sunbathing, lingering, enjoying beers & wines
• In summer: Schladming-Dachstein Card

The apartment thus accommodates 2-7 persons.

The Restaurant Landalm, the ski and hiking bus stop, and the mountain biking trails “Planai Runde” and “Rohrmoos Runde” are located about 150 meters away.

Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the front door. In the lockable ski, bike, and shoe room, everything can be securely and conveniently stored.
Additionally, there are charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes (lockable) with household electricity.

The energy for the house is generated exclusively using renewable energies (air heat pump and photovoltaic).
