The house lies on a gently south-facing hill in Ramsau Obere Leiten, surrounded by impressive mountaintops and amidst an enchanting landscape on the Ramsau am Dachstein plateau. At Haus Lamm, there are two comfortable and sunny holiday flats that accommodate 2 people.

Our home is the ideal starting point for all your holiday activities. The classic Leitenloipe cross-country track and the wide winter-walking trails pass by just 150 m from the front door. A 5-minute stroll takes you either to the ski- or hiking-bus. Your host has a wealth of local knowledge he’d happily share with anyone who fancies a hike in and around Ramsau am Dachstein and Schladming.
Our south-facing holiday flats are uniquely furnished in a modern country-house style. The smaller apartment (40 sqm) accommodates two people comfortably, and a family of two adults and two children would find the generous 50 sqm apartment a wonderful home-away-from-home. Both holiday apartments together are perfect for a family holiday with the grandparents.
In 40sqm, the smaller of the flats has a cosy living/bedroom with a kitchenette and a comfortable new bathroom. The larger family flat has a spacious living room, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the inviting terrace with cosy seating, enjoy your breakfast looking out across fantastic panorama of green meadows and let your eyes wander across the mountaintops of the Schladming Tauern.
In our garden’s sunbathing area, you can soak up the sun and recharge your batteries for the coming day. Free Wi-Fi is available in both holiday apartments.
Ramsau am Dachstein is a pure winter treat, you will be thrilled by the diverse adventure ski runs for everyone from beginners to advanced. The snow-covered landscape tempts with all manner of snowshoeing routes and magical romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides.
Aside from the ski runs, on the Dachstein glacier there are other popular leisure attractions: Skywalk, Ice Palace, and the suspension bridge with its Stairway to Nothingness. In summer, choose from a myriad of activities, such as mountain biking, cycling with the E-bike, hiking, Nordic walking, or Via ferratas. With the Schladming-Dachstein SummerCard a vast selection of leisure activities in the region is available to you free of charge.
