Kerschbaumerhof

Our family-run Kerschbaumerhof is located in the upper Klaus, a part of Schladming, centrally located in the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein, and offers the ideal mixture of recreation and activity. The family-friendly farm is situated in a quiet location close to the ski and hiking bus stop, offering many opportunities for leisure activities within easy reach. Our farm is located about 5 minutes from the village center in Schladming.
You will stay in lovingly furnished double rooms, of course equipped with a sleeping-living area, shower / WC and cable TV. Furthermore, our farm has 4 apartments, additionally furnished with a separate bedroom, a kitchen and a spacious living area, which can also be used as a further sleeping area. In our largest apartment there is room for another person in the full third bed in the bedroom.
For the perfect start to the day we provide with our hearty breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired.
With our proximity to Schladming you are only a few minutes away from many leisure activities. Whether it is the hiking paradies Planai, the kilometer-long cycle path through the Enns Valley or just a leisurely walk in the magnificent mountain panorama of the Schladminger Tauern, an exciting time is pre-programmed. For your smallest, our farm with numerous animals offers an action packed holiday.
Summer guests can enjoy the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard on our farm. 100 top performances such as the access to the roof, the use of cableways, toll roads and hiking busses as well as numerous entries for excursions, museums, children's programs and much more, as well as numerous bonuses are included in this unique map.
In winter, you are only a few minutes' drive from the Planai and thus from the entrance of the world-famous 4-mountain ski area, which offers legendary moments on fantastically prepared slopes. Schladming also offers you a kilometer-long network of cross-country ski runs and skating trails, which leave nothing to be desired, but also fairytale winter hiking trails, which will make you wonder.
