Welcome to Kollerhof in Aich – in the midst of the impressive mountain world of the Schladming-Dachstein region. Surrounded by the Niedere Tauern and the Dachstein massif, you will find the perfect place for relaxation, nature experiences, and sporting activities – in summer as well as winter.

In the main house, you will find 11 lovingly furnished rooms equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Many rooms offer a stunning view of the mountains – some even with a balcony. In the morning, we pamper you with a regional breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruit, muesli, homemade yogurt, and herbal teas from our own garden.

Apartments in the annex

The modernly furnished holiday apartments offer you a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, shower/WC, and some even have a balcony or garden area. A roll delivery service, ski cellar, and ski boot dryer are also available.

Your summer vacation

In summer, you are right in the middle of a hiking and biking paradise. Numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes start right at your doorstep. Discover over 300 mountain lakes, waterfalls, and alpine pastures in the area. For families, the leisure lake Aich with trampoline, slide, and covered play area is a real highlight.

As a partner establishment of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card, you receive the card for free with just one overnight stay. This allows you to use over 100 attractions – such as mountain railways, outdoor pools, museums, or public transport – free of charge or at a significantly reduced rate.

❄️ Winter fun close by

In winter, you can reach the 4-Mountain Ski Circuit (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm) in just 10 minutes by car. A free ski bus takes you directly to the ski area. Even away from the slopes, there’s plenty to do: tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking, or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride – everything is possible.
