Welcome to Haus Zechmann - living in a cozy atmosphere, directly in the ski region of Schladming 4-mountain ski area and centrally located in the hiking and biking paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region

Start directly from the house into the boundless skiing pleasure, follow the numerous hiking and biking trails or just enjoy the beautiful natural landscape as well as a relaxing vacation time in the mountains of Austria - the house Zechmann at Schladming-Rohrmoos offers peace seekers, athletes and families a perfect vacation home and the optimal starting point to discover the diversity of the Schladming-Dachstein region.

Our 2 spacious apartments, each for up to 4 people, have 2 bedrooms, 1 bright living room with kitchen and dining area and 1 or 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. Warm colors, natural furnishings with lots of wood as well as the fantastic panoramic view of the Dachstein and the Schladminger Tauern as well as the wide Enns Valley provide a cozy atmosphere to feel good. After a sporty-active vacation day in the fresh mountain air, our small but fine sauna area also promises a relaxing time out.

In summer, our vacation region shows itself versatile with about 1000 kilometers of hiking trails and bike tours, numerous via ferratas as well as refreshing water and family adventures. Unique! With the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard our guests have access to over 100 free leisure attractions, especially for families there are over 40 attractions.
We are happy to pamper our house guests with warm Styrian hospitality during a visit to our lovely Waldhäuslalm, which is located in the idyllic Rohrmoos-Untertal.

Thanks to the top location of our house Zechmann directly in the ski area and on the slopes of the Schladminger 4-mountain ski area ski amadé, on the Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm and Hauser Kaibling a continuous skiing pleasure of 123 kilometers of slopes are available for our guests. Children and beginners can learn their first carving turns in the snow safely and directly in front of the door at the local ski schools. For those active at night, we recommend the 7 km long night toboggan run as well as the illuminated slope for skiers and ski tourers on our local mountain Hochwurzen. Ski rental, ski ticket service, sports stores as well as restaurants in the immediate vicinity leave nothing to be desired.
Further off the slopes there is a lot to experience. Whether snowshoeing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, curling or a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride through a snow-covered landscape, at Haus Zechmann winter dreams come true.
