Ramsau am Dachstein is a municipality in the Austrian state of Styria. Ramsau is located in the northwest of the state, on a high plateau above the Ennstal at an altitude of about 1100 to 1700 meters. The Dachstein Glacier, the highest mountain in Styria at 2996m, is also located here and is the easternmost glacier of the Alps.
