Our organic farm, classified with 4 flowers by Urlaub am Bauernhof, is located 4.5 km from Tauplitz and 25 km from Grundlsee and Altausseersee, in the Styrian Salzkammergut, away from stress and hustle, amidst a unique landscape. A stress-free time with wellness, sports activities, many hiking opportunities, and family connection is guaranteed. Our accommodation features new and spacious vacation apartments offering a dreamlike view of the Grimming and the Dachstein massif.

On the Tauplitzalm, in the heart of Salzkammergut and Ausseerland, we have built the Gindlhütte and set up three beautiful vacation apartments for our guests.

In our vacation farm and guesthouse, you will find the necessary comfort to relax. Our wonderful nature does the rest, and you will find peace, relaxation, and the space for the necessary break for body and soul.

With a walking time of just over an hour, you can reach the summit of Gindlhorn and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

We are a partner operation of the Grimming Therme, located 10 km away in Bad Mitterndorf, and our guests receive a five percent discount on every ticket. If you prefer to explore by bike, there are options to head in all directions, as we are located directly on the bike path of the Dachstein round. We also have three e-bikes available for rent.

A further highlight is our 3D archery course, where our guests can learn archery (seasonal). The heated swimming pool (seasonal), children's playground, and climbing wall are of course available to every guest.

For skiing and cross-country skiing, the Family Ski Lift Spechtenseelift is three kilometers away, the Tauplitzalm five kilometers away, and the Loser, Planner or Riesneralm, as well as the Hauser Kaibling and Planai, can be reached within an hour.

Farm holidays are not just a saying with us; they are lived at our family-run organic farm. The hosts want to personally get to know their guests and have contact with them.

Our 5 Icelandic horses, 9 donkeys, the mule Muffin, cats, and rabbits always look forward to cuddles and enjoy the attention from our small and large guests.

WELLNESS: After a wonderful hiking or skiing day, when you have discovered the fantastic outdoor offerings of our great region or simply seek a bit of tranquility, you can expect our wellness area with everything your heart desires for relaxation. Whether sauna, infrared, whirlpool, and ergometer with TV, your ultimate wellness comfort is guaranteed. Pure relaxation is provided by the house's heated outdoor pool (seasonal) amidst green meadows.
