Ferienhaus Pichler

The holiday home Pichler is located in the centre of Niederöblarn with a magnificent view of the 2351m high Grimming. Around the house there is a large garden with sunbathing lawn, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. We offer you two spacious and lovingly furnished flats, each with two bedrooms, bathroom and cosy kitchen.

The flat ‘Simon’ has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with sitting area, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, a cosy seating area and an additional sofa for sociable times. The flat is also equipped with W-Lan Internet and flat screen TVs. You are also welcome to enjoy the hours of sunshine on the terrace.

The flat ‘Kerstin’ also has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with seating area, a bathroom with shower and WC. This kitchen is also equipped with a kitchenette, a cosy bar area for a quick breakfast, a seating area and an additional sofa. The flat is also equipped with W-Lan Internet and flat screen TVs. Enjoy the view of the Grimming from the flat. A small balcony faces south-west.

The kitchen equipment for both flats includes: Electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and tea towels.

There is a lot on offer in the region, e.g. fantastic events such as the Mid Europe - International Brass Music Festival, the Ennstal Classic in Gröbming, the Rock the Roof biker festival in Schladming, action during the summer season, the zipline on the Stoderzinken, the adventure park in Gröbming or enjoy relaxing hikes.

In winter, the ski regions are only a few kilometres away from us and are also easily accessible by ski bus. We are located between the Ski amadé ski region and Schneebärenland.

You can also rent the holiday home Pichler as a self-catering house, a whole house for you alone. All prices are variable should the number of people change, for a holiday with children or for longer stays. Seniors are also very welcome.
