Der Steinstadl

Our Steinstadl is located in the heart of the Grimming-Donnersbachtal region in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday destination. Newly renovated and brought up to today's standards, it invites you to linger and enjoy its centuries-old charm.

On the ground floor there is a large parlour with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and two separate WCs. On the first floor there are two double rooms, two single rooms and a bathroom with shower and WC.

In summer, the Steinstadl is a central starting point for cycling and hiking tours. Horse riding and golfing opportunities are close by. Our leisure lakes or the Putterersee lake provide a refreshing dip. The warmest alpine moor lake in Styria is just a few kilometres away. In winter, when the cold temperatures allow, it is also the largest natural ice rink in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

The surrounding ski areas of the Schneebären region Planneralm, Riesneralm and Tauplitz can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes by car, the ski areas of Ski Amadé in approx. 35 minutes by car. Cross-country skiing, tobogganing, winter hiking and ice skating - even in winter there are many opportunities to relax from everyday life.
